Digital & Software Buyer (f/m), Toulouse

Tasks

• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects for Software & Digital applications across multiple divisions (Airbus, Defence & Space, Helicopters).
• Run supplier selection processes, negotiate and establish national & trans-national contracts.
• Support the buyers' community by providing guidance and adapted processes for software procurement.
• Perform Contract Management to evaluate and improve suppliers' performance (time, cost, quality).
• Contribute to change management and streamline the software ordering activity.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, ideally in IT or Software.
• Experience in purchasing/project management
• Advanced level of English
• Good communication skills
• Stakeholders management in a multicultural environment at large scale (all divisions)
• Ability to drive Change management activities
• Ability to manage uncertainty environment whilst being autonomous.
• Resilience and stress resistant
• Team spirit oriented
