The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Missions
- Through promotion and deploying digital services effectively you are creating Valeo brand awareness. This includes the management and implementation of online campaigns (incl. E-Mail Marketing, Content Marketing)
- In doing so, you ensure consistent, audience-relevant messaging aligned with corporate guidelines across all channels
- As a Digital Manager, you have the task of managing various stakeholders (internal / external customers, partners, suppliers) and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through reliable services and solutions
- This also includes coordination with the Head Quarter to adapt and implement global projects to meet local needs and contexts, ensure alignment on initiatives and clear reporting
- In addition you manage your contacts and engagement through CRM-Tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- You are responsible for driving the definition and execution of the Digital & Communications Strategy (incl. Media Plan) in the Business Unit. Therefore you are identifying market needs and align your teams activities with local customer and trade marketing needs
- It is important for you to keep track of the performance of campaigns and the website. You are monitoring and analysing dashboards and KPIs to drive performance and take data-driven decisions.
- With your analytical skills you are implementing measures and action plans with the constant aim of optimising and increasing the performance of your marketing activities. You are actively involved in the operational implementation of the action plans.
- As a manager you are planning and balancing the workload of your team effectively, setting the right priorities and managing the digital & communication budget, external suppliers etc.
- You are monitoring the performance of your team members, foster their development and ensure skill readiness through training and support
Profile
- Degree in Business / Marketing and relevant professional experience, preferably in the automotive sector
- You are a language enthusiast and have very good German and English language skills. We are happy to hear if you have further language skills (especially in French or Dutch) - but it is not a must.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for data, experience in use of Google Analytics, Excel and Salesforce
- You are a strategic thinker with the appropriate vision for long-term organisation
- Organisation is key for you, which is reflected in your structures and punctual way of working.
