Job Responsibilities

• Creating new software applications depending on the requirements from business customers and assessing the needs for user experience.
• Design, plan and analyze software development processes and pipelines.
  
• Create documentations and flowcharts to explain the software architecture and working of the software development process for audits.
• Support designers, developers, programmers and other stakeholder to build software features and integrated software development pipelines and support with trainings
• Align the design development process by balancing constraints from cost, security and deadlines
• Assess the needs and anticipate the problem of business customers and choose the technological automation tools based on their requirements.
• Guide and lead an informal community team of developers, data analyst and machine learning engineers with informal cluster leading
• Automate the development and release processes using CICD pipelines by maintain security and compliance controls; Ensure the pipeline concept is secure from cybersecurity attacks

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in programming and debugging large codebases with multiple programming languages (java, python) and databases (SQL, NOSQL)
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills to troubleshoot software issues
• 3+ years in relevant working environments with Linux systems
• 3+ years experience in scripting languages such as Python
• Working knowledge of open-source technologies (cloud services) and various DevOps tools such as Jenkins, git
• Configuration and managing SQL and NoSQL (mongodb) databases
• Awareness of agile projects and CI/CD pipelines for DebOps processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Software development background and experience in deployment at enterprise scale.
• Experience in IT-Security and cybersecurity as well as automated software testing for integrating integrated software development processes.
• Experience in building reusable code for Web design and features to enhance user experience.
• Presentation skills communicating effectively across internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to business processes.
• Strong Interpersonal skills, to be able to work and lead interdisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to solve complicated technical and non-technical situations.
• Experience in agile project management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field.
