Das erwartet Sie bei uns

• Support the Sales & Business Development Team in the development of the optimum Operating Model starting at the early stages of deal negotiation with the business partner through to workshops with the business partner when in deployment phase of deal.
• Responsible for the successful (on-time and accurate) deployment of business deals in Germany, Switzerland and Austria via an appropriate Target Operating Model (in house or TPA).
• Identify and develop the required knowledge specific to the country on Regulations, Tax, Legal Entities, Processes’ & Controls to support a successful deployment.

• Capability to understand business needs thanks to client facing/commercial experience
• Good process management background with process mapping skills, documenting of procedures
• Excellent influencing and negotiations and proven teamwork skills
• Experience leading or influencing cross functional business activities with capacity to adapt to various interlocutors working into a large international environment
• Strong communication skills both oral and written as well as presentation skills
• Fluent in English, French would be an advantage
