Missions

Driving and growing a portfolio of AXA Partners relationships:

  • Driving the creditor commercial development in the country, developing and implementing growth initiatives to exceed sales targets (existing portfolio)
  • Responsible for the Day to day management of the local sales team (target setting, personal development plans, annual reviews etc.)
  • Managing the entire sales process, maintaining and expanding the relationship with existing Business Partners and developing business with new Business Partners (brokers, bancassurance partners, heads of insurance etc.)
  • Identifying, targeting and capturing new Business Partners sales revenues through a coordinated multifunction sales effort Leverage on AXA entities and partners to maximise new business opportunities (cross selling)

Monitoring and reporting on portfolio and on sales targets:

  • Analysing and monitoring the Business Partners performance to identify growth needs and agree the individual partners annual business plans to facilitate performance monitoring of schemes including sales and marketing methods, results penetration and claims trends analysis
  • Keep up to date with the company’s and Business Partners product range, and with market trends for creditor insurance including new product opportunities and developing products that have the potential to meet Business Partner opportunities
  • In conjunction with the Head of Sales, develop a business plan for the Country, including premium projection and human-technical resources requirements

Taking on the responsibility of managing at least one
Global Account and one Key Account:

  • Responsible for driving business development of a Global and/or Key Account to be identified in accordance with Regional Directors
  • Take an active part in the business development role of their country, supporting and coordinating sector-led divisions of local entities and Global BUs in their Global and/or key partnership operations.

Profil

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Business Management or other relevant area
  • Strong background in large accounts development (new business) and large accounts management in Credit Life experience with particular emphasis on bancassurance, consumer credit or-and creditor
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proven track records in business hunting & development
  • Good analytical and organizational skills; ability to coordinate and manage teams to meet business’ goals
  • Ability to build and manage business relationships
  • Leadership skills gained in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Fluency in the local language and English is essential. An additional language would be a plus
  • Excellent PC and presentation skills (PowerPoint / Word / Excel)
  • Be available to travel as required to partners locations either in country or internationally
