Your challenges
- Strategy & Design: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies and programs for the transnational division, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and local market competitiveness. This includes base pay, variable pay (bonuses, incentives), long-term incentives, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other perquisites aligned wiht the Group strategy.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure the division's compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and attractive to top talent across all relevant geographies. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and improvements.
- Program Management & Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing. This includes managing relationships with external vendors (brokers, actuaries, plan administrators) and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant local, national, and international laws, regulations, and internal governance policies. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry trends that may impact programs.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget for the division, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for optimization without compromising program effectiveness or employee value proposition.
- Transnational team management
- Communication & Education: Develop and deliver clear, effective communication plans to educate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs, policies, and changes. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to HR business partners and leadership.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Provide C&B due diligence and integration support for M&A activities within the transnational division, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment of reward programs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain robust compensation and benefits reporting and analytics to provide insights into program effectiveness, costs, and trends to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve compensation and benefits processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Your boarding pass
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with a significant portion of that experience in a transnational or global capacity within a large organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing a wide range of compensation and benefits programs across diverse international markets.
- Strong knowledge of international compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
- Proven ability to conduct complex data analysis, interpret results, and present actionable recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills of transnational teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP ...) and advanced Google sheet skills are essential.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German is a strong asset.
