Missions

• Develop, prototype and validate new Business Models that enhance and extend customer experience to complement current business offer
• Apply customer-centric design methods and tools to analyse customer needs and derive tailor-made product/service/digital offers
• Develop customer strategies, build and maintain customer intimacy and develop new business in direct customer relationship
• Define and implement all necessary capabilities for business model design and execution, leveraging cross-functional internal and external resources
• Establish a network of relevant stakeholders, network partners and experts to generate cross-functional, long-term competitive portfolio advantages

Profile

• Master’s degree in business engineering or business, business school background favorable
• Strong theoretical and practical background in Business Model development, sound experience in customer-centric design methods
• Excellent strategic thinking, experience in management consulting favorable
• Ability to develop easy and understandable business model pitches for complex products, incl. strong USP focus
• Experience in identifying entry paths for new products and services at target customers
• Ability to establish trustful networks and to handle complex customer relations
• Hands-on mentality and “getting-things-done” attitude
