Alt Communication Support - Productions consumables project (m/f), Toulouse

Tasks & accountabilities

• Prepare and implement a communication plan, identifying which stakeholders need communication, when and what are the communication means available.
• Set up a Community for Production Consumables on the Airbus Hub, ensuring items of common interest can be shared
• Prepare presentations for management reviews such as Steering meetings and set up communication supports such as posters, newsletters, to increase awareness of production consumables cost and consumption
• Support project workshops put in place by the project teams with the plant representatives
• Support the team in their call for tenders
• This role will involve some travel for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

• Educated to a bachelor or master (or equivalent) in communication, you would want to pursue with the master 1 or master 2 in this field.
• An experience (internship) in communication, in which you have developed a communication plan would be appreciated
• Creative and innovative, you have the ability to design presentations, posters, set up and manage an I-share or social networking for a project, and also to facilitate workshops.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface between many stakeholders
• Language Skills: English: negociation level is mandatory, an advanced level in French will be appreciated, as well as German and Spanish
