Tasks

• Supporting the oversight function for the onshored activities with our internal partners across international BNP entities
• Supporting in monitoring the services with our external partners and Sub-Custodian for the German and Austrian market
• Processing cash and securities transactions accurately and ensuring timely execution within internal and external accounts
• Managing client communications and reporting to ensure high service standards and meet agreed-upon service levels (SLAs)
• Ensuring full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements
• Performing regular account reconciliations to ensure data integrity and mitigate operational risks
• Identifying and escalating operational incidents, control deficiencies, or risks to management
• Driving continuous process improvements and supporting the implementation of new technical or procedural enhancements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing support or training to colleagues to ensure smooth workflows

Profile

• Appropriate educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in operational settlement and clearing within the securities markets would be welcome
• Experience in project management support would be welcome
• Understanding of industry-standard settlement systems and strong command of MS Office
• Attention to detail and precision in operational tasks
• Ability to work within a team and manage client relationships across national and international units
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English (C1 level required)
