Working Student (m/f/d) Facility Management / TGA, Friedrichsdorf

Tasks

• Support the Facility Management team in daily operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with the coordination and supervision of external service providers for maintenance and repairs of technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems)
• Participate in the planning and execution of minor facility projects and modifications
• Document facility-related data, maintenance schedules, and technical specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of technical installations and identify potential issues
• Support in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal facility guidelines
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth facility operations
• Assist in the procurement process for facility-related materials and services

Profile

• Currently enrolled as a student in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
• Basic understanding of technical building equipment (TGA) systems is a plus
• Proficiency in GSuite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken) and good English language skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the semester
