Tasks

  • Assist in the execution of contractual clauses related to spare parts invoicing and identify areas for improvement and digitalization.
  • Support the design and development of IT solutions and tools to optimize industrial operations for dynamic price data.
  • Participate in team meetings with international stakeholders to gather requirements, compare with best practices and to present solution proposals
  • Help with invoice data collection, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.
  • Support the testing and validation of new solutions, ensuring their effectiveness and user-friendliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.

Profile

  • Enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of IT systems handling big data.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and industrial processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (G-mail, G-Sheets, G-Slides).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage but not a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
