What you do

• Support client servicing activities by responding to product-related and operational queries
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of client tracking and reporting tools
• Coordinate and prepare client events and commercial initiatives
• Participate in requests for proposal and tender response projects related to dedicated portfolio management services
• Adapt and prepare marketing and product presentation materials for specific client needs
• Support cross-functional projects and product development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commercial and client-related activities.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial markets
• Previous experience in banking, asset management, or financial services is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information effectively
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Fluent English; French language skills are highly desirable
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
