Your challenges

• Act as Production Panel Member (PPM) for SARI Widebody, lead production panel meetings and validate the various stages of quality investigations (causes, corrective actions, closure).
• Manage SARI governance for the Widebody Program and act as the Quality program focal point for SARI initiators in all functions (Customer Line / FAL / Factory / Procurement / Chief Engineer) and the SARI Process Owner. Manage the relationship with top management via escalation forums.
• Manage the overall performance of the Widebody programs and monitor/support projects to sustainably reduce SARI.
• Roles and responsibilities:
• SARI validation under PPM delegation
• SARI governance in the A330/A350 industrial environment
• Coordination of a multi-functional team (quality, operations, manufacturing engineering...) on transversal or critical subjects
• Escalation of technical subjects to top management.
• Performance review with all stakeholders
• Improvement of the SARI process.

Your profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Good understanding of the issues and knowledge of the functioning of an industrial ecosystem
• Mastering of quality standards and problem solving methodologies
• Communication, ability to simplify complex problems
• Leadership, ability to manage/coordinate an international interface and escalate issues to different levels of management
• Autonomy and decision making
• English level: negotiation
