Your challenges
- Act as Production Panel Member (PPM) for SARI Widebody, lead production panel meetings and validate the various stages of quality investigations (causes, corrective actions, closure).
- Manage SARI governance for the Widebody Program and act as the Quality program focal point for SARI initiators in all functions (Customer Line / FAL / Factory / Procurement / Chief Engineer) and the SARI Process Owner. Manage the relationship with top management via escalation forums.
- Manage the overall performance of the Widebody programs and monitor/support projects to sustainably reduce SARI.
- Roles and responsibilities:
- SARI validation under PPM delegation
- SARI governance in the A330/A350 industrial environment
- Coordination of a multi-functional team (quality, operations, manufacturing engineering...) on transversal or critical subjects
- Escalation of technical subjects to top management.
- Performance review with all stakeholders
- Improvement of the SARI process.
Your profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good understanding of the issues and knowledge of the functioning of an industrial ecosystem
- Mastering of quality standards and problem solving methodologies
- Communication, ability to simplify complex problems
- Leadership, ability to manage/coordinate an international interface and escalate issues to different levels of management
- Autonomy and decision making
- English level: negotiation
