You're looking for a role where, as a welder, you produce varied single parts instead of monotonous series production? An industrial company is strengthening its welding team. The components it produces are used in demanding industrial applications and are subject to the highest quality and safety requirements. You will work in a fixed welding booth with high-quality equipment, in a small, close-knit team.

Put your welding experience to use for precise welds with high quality requirements, as:

Welder TIG and Manual Metal Arc, Single-Part Manufacturing, good German skills, (m/f/d), Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region

What we count on you for - Your mission

You will produce high-quality single components in production at a fixed welding booth and make sure, through precise work, that your welds meet the required quality in external inspections.

  • You carry out welding work on components for demanding industrial applications in accordance with international quality standards.
  • You weld using processes 141 (TIG) and 111 (manual metal arc).
  • You process austenitic stainless steels as well as unalloyed and low-alloy steels.
  • You turn welding procedure specifications (WPS) and technical drawings into welds independently.
  • You weld confidently on the rotary table: components are positioned and rotated while you work at a fixed welding station.
  • You prepare and finish the welds independently.
  • You consistently comply with the high quality, safety and documentation requirements of a demanding environment.

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

  • Your background: You ideally bring three to four years of professional welding experience or comparable experience, preferably with TIG (141) and manual metal arc (111) welding and with confident welding on a rotary table. Practical welding experience matters more to us than a specific vocational qualification in metalworking. You read and understand technical drawings and welding instructions (BPS/WPS) and work independently from them. Valid welder qualifications under international standards are a plus, and missing qualifications can be taken with us. Experience in industries with high quality requirements is an advantage. Even if you do not yet meet all requirements, but bring good practical welding skills and are happy to learn on the job, we look forward to your application.
  • Your languages: You have good German skills to understand welding instructions and technical specifications with confidence and to communicate with your colleagues.
  • Your style & personality: You work carefully and reliably and consistently comply with welding instructions as well as high quality and safety standards. Team spirit and a sense of responsibility round off your profile.

Why we're a good place to work - Our offer

  • You receive a German employment contract with a 35-hour week, exclusively on the early shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with flexitime.
  • Your collectively agreed pay is supplemented by a performance bonus as well as holiday and Christmas bonuses, with an increase in your total package after six months.
  • You work in production with high-quality welding technology and modern positioning aids and produce changing single parts.
  • You become part of a small, family-like team with strong cohesion. Your team leader is on site and available, and your onboarding follows a plan in which you get to know different tasks, components and working methods and are supported by your colleagues.
  • You work in an internationally positioned industrial company.
