Missions

• Developing Standard Tracking and RGM Dashboard: Design necessary reports for KPI tracking and a RGM dashboards together with internal stakeholders and roll them out within the organization
• Standardizing Commonly Used Templates: Drive the harmonization and standardization of key templates used as part of the RGM analysis.
• Enhancing Data Quality in Sales Planning Tool: Co-drive a local initiative to improve data quality in close collaboration with Finance/Sales
• Supporting Global Project Initiatives: Assist in gathering data and conducting analysis within local project stream in an EU-driven project context.
• Re-defining AFH/Specialized Channel KPI Guidance: Support in re-defining sales guidance by brand, pricing group, and product to establish clear guidance for KAMs

Profile

• Completed Studies with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for numbers.
• High level of initiative and solution orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking, structured work habits, and excellent communication skills
• Strong team player with ability to build relationships easily and foster collaboration with other functions
• High flexibility, quick learning, agility, and resilience
• Fluent use of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus)
• Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
