The main missions

  • Support the Serial Program Manager for all the design and engineering aspects of a Program
  • Lead several small projects (running changes, etc…) taking into account the Program objectives (Quality, Cost, Timing, Product Validation, Customers satisfaction)
  • Coordinate and track the Engineering Change Management (ECM)
  • Contribute with the Program Manager to the program master plan definition and tracking

Be a key technical interface :

  • with the customer (Car Manufacturer) : representing FIS & providing the adequate technical orientations, taking into account the customer & FIS interests
  • with our different R&D & Production locations
  • coordinating the Program Design & Engineering activities, managing an International Cross Functional Team => from the RfQ stage until the full PSW (Part Submission Warrant)
  • Manage the Design Review Commitment Before Tooling Launch (DRCBTL)
  • Update the Program Data base (PDM, Action Plans, etc…), reporting the status in a weekly Top 5 review with the NER AST Customer Engineering Manager and the Serial Program Manager
  • The length of the VIE is 12 months.

Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • Fluency in English mandatory, German (B1 to B2 level)
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • International mindset
