Mission

• Support and further develop our digital sales tools (CRM, SFA, TPM) – e.g. Salesforce and Acumen Invest
• Participate in a cross-functional Task Force to optimise Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes, tools, and data flows
• Analyse and understand our sales and promotion processes and translate them into efficient digital solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal business teams, IT partners, and external vendors to deliver improvements
• Ensure accurate data flows between systems and contribute to improving data quality and reliability
• Maintain documentation and support user training and onboarding

Profile

• Initial professional experience or strong interest in CRM, SFA, or TPM systems (Salesforce and Acumen Invest are a plus)
• Interest in sales and promotion processes in the retail or FMCG sector
• Basic understanding of system integration and data exchange between applications
• Team-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and initiative
• Good communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and digitally minded way of working
