Your challenges

• You will participate and coordinate several HR projects (communication, marketing, health management etc.)
• You will manage the Internal Trainings (coordination, administration and follow up of internal trainings on site)
• You will be responsible for several actions to improve Involvement of Personal
• You will support the administrative tasks
• You will participate in co-designing, optimization and implementation of HR processes

Profile

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management / Labor Law
• You have a first experience in HR work (internship, work-study)
• You have an excellent level in English
• You have a good knowledge of German
• You have a good experience in MS Office / Google Application
• An initial experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
