The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Monitor the progress of the SMS and the related KPIs
  • Deploy and support Aviation Safety Center in Donauwörth
  • Support and plan Training activities
  • Contributing to the creation of promotional materials (i.e. posters, videos, news, etc.)
  • Maintain & ensure evolution of the collaborative tools of the EQB aviation safety management (Safety roadshow management tool)
  • Support the process improver : process confirmation planification and monitoring , process deployment follow-up in the subsidiaries, requirement cascading

Desired skills and qualifications

  • University degree in the area of Bachelor in engineering, preferably aeronautics, or an equivalent field of study.
  • First practical experience in the field of European aviation regulations (EASA) is desirable.
  • Computer literacy (MicroSoft Office suite, Google Suite experience)
  • Teamwork
  • Fluent English skills
  • German skills (good to have)
