V.I.E. Technical Project Manager, Munich

Founded in 1990, Dalet is a leading developer of software solutions that facilitate the production and management of audio and video assets for broadcast operations. Dalet customers include Radio and TV broadcasters, educational organizations, parliaments and courts of justice. Operating worldwide, Dalet solutions are used in over 60 countries by 1,700 customers.

For the deployment of its software solutions, Dalet is seeking a Project Manager based in Munich, who will work from Dalet's Munich office, but will also be expected to frequently travel and work from customer sites in Germany.

Missions

• Responsibility for deployment of software projects for major TV and Radio organisations in Germany.
• The position includes project management activities (planning, resource management, follow up etc.), and also engineering activities such as systems analysis, software installation and configuration.
• Integration testing with specific third party systems, acceptance testing and documentation form part of the deployment.
• Experience in project management or systems integration is required.

Profile

• The candidate should be fluent in English and in German with good communication, organisational, synthesis and writing skills, and be highly experienced in IT and Windows, as well as with project management tools and techniques.
• Competence in video, TV or Radio operations would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or French would also be advantageous.
• The successful candidate will be a commercially aware individual, also able to participate in pre-sales activities or at industry trade shows.
• Traveling in Europe is highly likely.
