We are seeking an experienced marketing and business development manager to drive our expansion across Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the establishment and development of Primacel Germany, the subsidiary of Paris-based Primacel.
You will be responsible for sourcing and developing new businesses, as well as relationships directly with current clients and prospects with the objective to grow current revenue.

You will work with product teams on new product incubation and exploratory efforts, strategic partnerships, urgent special projects and urgent Requests for Proposals. Our team consists of entrepreneurial, creative, action oriented, organized deal makers, who can spot opportunities, evaluate inbound inquiries, build partnerships, negotiate and close business deals.
The successful applicant is a self-starter who will work closely with the Primacel product and executive team on new business and marketing initiatives and key strategic relationships. You are a top performer and have a deep interest in entrepreunarial business development.

You have deal and partnership experience. In order to succeed in this mission, you also must be entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, and adaptive. When interacting with internal groups and and external clients, you will need to possess good judgment, be persistent and action oriented, and be highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with potential partners
  • Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations to the management team
  • Open doors, negotiate and close business deals
  • Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (product, engineering, marketing, sales and top external executives)

Requirements

  • Grande Ecole de Commerce. Master in Technology or MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must (spoken and excellent writing skills). German is highly recommended
  • Extensive experience in business development, partner management, or product marketing
  • Experience in identifying partners, analyzing and structuring deal structures with a proven track record of deal negotiation and execution
  • Experience operating within cross-functional people (product management, legal, marketing, etc ) within customer's internal organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points with partners and Primacel teams. Solution-oriented mind-set a must
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive project/deals at once in a fast paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, highly collaborative and passion for and understanding of Primacel products with the ability to quickly learn about the market
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
  • Create strategic initiatives, account management, competitive intelligence, proposal development, client communications, marketing and other business development initiatives
  • Confidence and charisma to deal with senior executives of global corporations
