Tasks

• The VIE will support a project in the logistic department with a focus on the interface between sales department and production planning.
• The project is to optimise the internal processes from customer demand to the production schedule on long-, mid- and short time level.
• The VIE has to work close together with the internal sales department to establish and to optimize a demand management to make sure that demands are permanently up-to-date.
• Another target is to help installing a standardized process for to evaluate changes of demands in the production plan.
• For to create such a process 2 new tools needs to be setup and installed properly together with the logistic planners. The tools we intend to install are the standard tools given by Central Logistics PP and Scheduler.
• Especially the installation of the Scheduling Tool by Preactor will be the first installation in the Food organisation. The VIE has to work close together with members of central logistics to be sure to meet the groups interest within this first installation.
• The VIE reports to the logistics manager Food Germany

• Background/Interests could Logistics or Sales or IT
• Fluent English language is necessary.
• German language would be very welcome.
