The Junior Business Development Manager develops DNP share of Business and manages all categories of customers on his assigned territory.

Job Description

• Identifying lists of accounts for business development.
• Developing an outline plan for his territory to achieve annual budget.
• Developing a broad relationship with all key business influencers and decision makers of each account.
• Maximising sales development and revenue generation with those accounts.
• Mapping in each account how management decisions are made and the individuals who make and influence those decisions.
• Working closely with DNP Headquarter teams in producing and implementing projects and proposals.
• Keeping up to date with all local market trends, developments and competitive activity / pricing.
• Working closely with Operation team to support Sales Forecast and Order Management.
• Keeping marketing and management advised of all significant developments and activities in his market.

Profile

• Able to act as a leader and member of virtual teams.
• Able to develop a strategic view on the business development to contribute to the formulation and implementation of DNP strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Good knowledge in Consumer marketing and ability in selling hardware solutions to indirect retail channel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capability.
• Mobile and willing to travel regularly.
