What we count on you for - Your mission

• In this role, you combine consulting, leadership and product expertise in a premium environment.
• You **develop individual travel projects for premium clients and support them from the first idea through to their return, via phone, video and in person and collaborate with international experts
• You contribute to the further development of the destination portfolio
• No prospecting, no cross-selling or upselling, no sales targets, no catalog sales

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

• Your background: First professional experience in relevant fields, (tourism, hospitality, event management, sales, customer service…)
• Your languages: German at C1–C2 minimum, fluent English, French is a strong plus
• Your style & personality: You’ve lived abroad or are well traveled, service-oriented, autonomous, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely enjoy customer and team interaction
