Transport Service Manager France (m/w/d), Toulouse

Tasks

• Oversee inbound/outbound General Cargo transport operations and validate non-routine transport requests to support manufacturing plants and FALs.
• Monitor Lead Transport Provider (LTP) performance KPIs (Delivery, Quality, CO2, Cost) and establish corrective action plans for network issues.
• Conduct site audits and operational reviews with 3PL/4PL partners to enforce compliance with transport regulations, EHS, and ethics standards.
• Execute contract management deliverables including scope change requests, claim resolution, and cost-optimization targets aligned with AOP.
• Deploy continuous improvement projects and Lean methods across European road networks (e.g., ATOS Transformation, OPTIFLOW).

Profile

• Background in Transport, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport operations, logistics, or supplier management
• Technical proficiency with Airbus operational tools (QLIK, SKYWISE, AirSupply, TRANSPORT APP) and supplier tools (MyWS, MyCSL)
• Expertise in international transport regulations, contract management, and EHS fundamentals
• Project management experience applied to supply chain transformation and Lean processes
• English at a fluent/advanced level
