Description
What you do :
The Roadside Assistance (RSA) Product and Innovation trainee (6 Month trainee) is contributing to RSA Line of Business ambition to leverage product and innovation as Allianz Partners strategic Business assets.
Along with the Head of Roadside Assistance Product manager and innovation region for Europe and Latin America, she/he contributes to better understand Product needs, Market appetite and Customer trends:
- Supporting marketing intelligence activities understanding customers pain points and improvement areas via dedicated studies
- Supporting sales enablement together with local Product managers
- Supporting digital Roadside assistance and Customer satisfaction action plan decided at global level
- Coordinating feedback needed by Line of Business
On behalf of the Head of RSA PMI for Europe and Latin America regions :
- Support Local Market & Customer research.
- Support specific studies needed in identified countries to deliver best product/segment/.. overview.
Product implementation and projects :
- Contributing to the design of global product development gathering and sharing all local regional needs
- Ad hoc support of local implementation of all new/enhanced products
- Support local team to deliver local workshops to establish country products needs
- Support implementation of product processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Sales enablement :
- Ad hoc Support to local team to foster tender Value Proposition gathering all materials and presentation needs
- Support implementation of Value proposition designed at global level
- Support follow up of current customers and prospect opportunities
Countries coordination :
- Coordinate all region activities related to line of business needs (Digitalization, market intelligence needs, Tender opportunities, T&Cs, Marketing budget …)
- Support all feedback needed to global (reports, benchmarks...)
Profile
General and technical skills :
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
- Solid experience in Business / marketing / Economics - included Roadside Assistance
- Project management - included Roadside Assistance
- Insurance and assistance product expertise
- Action plan steering and monitoring
