Senior Search Manager (m/w/d), Düsseldorf

Missions

• Development, management and implementation of a cross-brand, future-proof strategy for the group's SEO & SEA performance in the DACH region
• Analyze, compile and scale best practices for the group
• Be the key point of contact for our search agencies and steer all search related projects

• Tribe Support & Animation:

  • Activating relevant communities to discuss topics in depth
  • Guide and steer stakeholder across functions and divisions on search projects and strategy
  • Close collaboration with our European and Global market leads for search

• Thrive for innovation and test&learn new approaches to SEA and SEO (Modern Search, Artificial Intelligence…)

• Design and delivery of various upskilling sessions on local & global level on industry knowledge, best practices & tools to drive the digital transformation of the company

Profile

• More than 4 years + experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or search engine optimization
• Understanding of search marketing – paid and organic
• Deep understanding of essential digital platforms & tools, i.e. Google Analytics, Searchmetrics, Google Ads etc.
• Proficient in analyzing performance, developing insights and actions to consistently improve performance
• Ability to incorporate learnings and industry knowledge into strategic business cases
• Stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Interpersonal presentation and communication skills
• Business minded, analytical, strategic thinking
• Fluent in German and in English
