Senior Scrum Master Agile Performance (m/w/d), München

Missions

• My mission to guide, support and consult the agile teams to optimize the flow and achieve their goals by implementing common agile metrics related to productivity, progress, quality of work, performance, well-being and to measure the success and value of agile transformation
• I’m driving the development and maintenance of a framework of valid and reliable key performance metrics and quality targets for the Agile Performance
• I’m acting as role model for the Tribe Scrum Masters and other key agile roles like Tribe Leads and Product Owners
• I support the teams to follow-up on metrics and define actions for continuous improvement
• I interact with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Strategy Team, PMO) to assure alignment on the needs and value of the metrics
• I ensure standards and common approaches while taking specificies of each Business Line into account
• I’m aware of Business and IT Strategy and link it to customer journey’s and the outcomes of the agile teams
• I constantly motivate agile values and principles
• My strong communication skills, collaborative mind-set and persuasive power are facilitating and motivating my environment

Profile

• Based on several years of experience in a comparable position my expertise covers:
• Well-founded knowledge on established agile framworks
• Practical experience in implementing agile metrics
• Evidence-based management experience (optimal: Certification PAL-EBM)
• Coaching experience and moderation skills
• Proximity to and understanding of Business/Customer Journey’s/IT processes
