Senior Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d), Frankfurt

Missions

• Harmonize and align Sales Operations scope across DACH
• Review existing “contract-to-invoice" and customer hierarchy processes for DACH region, define improvement areas and opportunities for synergies
• Create and manage ongoing excellence process management framework at DACH level within the domain
  
• Team Management of backend Sales Operations Team
  
• Ongoing implementation and excellence of Sales Operation Processes
  
• Define and drive key performance indicators (price accuracy, claim amounts, DanGo Controls, etc)
• Ensure X-functional alignment and harmonization of the new processes deployment
  

Profile

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with a focus on finance or comparable
• Minimum 8 years of practical experience in business process excellence (Sales Operations, Finance, Business Services)
• Experience in leading X-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills without losing big picture
• Flexible, determined, agile thinker and able to challenge status quo
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build up relationships easily
• Proven stakeholder management skills
  
• Fluent use of Office applications (mostly Excel); APO/SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
