- Profitable Growth Management: Maximize trade spend efficiency by analyzing the full Gross-to-Net P&L structure in collaboration with Controlling.

- Innovation & Stakeholder Influence: Lead the rollout of advanced analytic solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders and fostering a data-driven RGM culture through internal training.
Profile
- Professional Expertise: Several years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM/NRM), Controlling, or Price/Promotion Consulting.
- Advanced Analytics & BI Proficiency: Strong skills in statistical modeling (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data manipulation and integration.
- Financial & P&L Mastery: Deep financial understanding with the ability to perform complex P&L analysis and financial modeling.
- Strategic Business Acumen: An entrepreneurial mindset capable of translating complex data analyses into pragmatic, actionable business recommendations.
- Stakeholder Influence & Languages: Proven ability to manage relationships across the organization, with full professional fluency in both English and German.
