Missions
- Bring Plant-Based to the next level and make our consumers falls in love with our brands
- Develop shopper marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy
- Close collaboration between the PBAU and other departments
- Develop & execute shopper marketing activation Alpro & Provamel DACH
- Implement in-store shopper activation with excellence in execution with clear focus on ROI
- Develop strong, compelling sell-in stories for marketing campaigns and innovations
- Provide shopper toolkits aiming to be implemented via Marketing & Sales Teams Dairy & Waters
- Present with conviction to Danone DACH sales and brand teams with strong storytelling & recommendations
- Track shopper activation performance & derive recommendations & actions
- Closely collaborate with local shopper & creative agencies
- Manage shopper marketing budget (Monitoring, Forecasting, Month Closing)
- Start is as soon as possible in Germany.
Profile
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in marketing or other business related discipline
- 5+ years in marketing and sales (shopper marketing, trade marketing or brand experience) within the FMCG industry
- You hold good knowledge about German consumers & the retail landscape
- Strong communication skills as well as presentation skills and solution-oriented interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with retail panel data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) as well as strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Fluent language skills in German and English
