Your role

  • As Quality & Process Expertyou will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the business operations within the EMEA Customer Excellence Team (Customer Service) in Life Science Business Area.
  • You will ensure our processes comply with ISO 9001 standards and support the Customer Excellence strategy.
  • You will manage processes and documentation related to quality management and contribute to initiatives that promote continuous improvement, foster a quality culture.
  • You will be a key contact for internal and external audits, providing documentation and information as needed.
  • You will lead and participate in activities / projects to support customer satisfaction implementing effective change management processes.
  • You will act as a change agen and yoyu are comfortable in a dynamic organization.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in a related field (Quality, Project Management, Sales), and 3+ years professional experience in a customer facing environment
  • Experience in managing processes and documentation
  • Good negotiation skills and diplomatic approach
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management practices is a plus.
  • English fluent (written, spoken). One additional language will be an asset
