Process and Performance Manager (d/f/m), Hamburg

Tasks

• People & Culture: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion and high performance in an international setup
• Process Improvements: Analyzing and improving inbound and inventory processes together with our logistics service provider to ensure high quality and performance
• Performance Management: Defining, implementing and following up on performance recovery and continuous improvement measures
• Logistics Transformation: Developing layouts, processes, equipment and tools along our logistics transformation in Hamburg with a primary focus on our Fuhlsbüttel site, alongside Wilhelmsburg
• Partnership and Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus
• Data & Analytics: Capturing and analyzing material management data using G-Suite, Skywise and SAP datasets for data-driven decision-making

Profile

• Educated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain logistics, inventory controlling, lean methodology and KPI management
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Value Stream Analysis, ideally within the aviation aftermarket or manufacturing industry
• Practical experience with core operational systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a solutions-oriented and pragmatic mindset
• Business fluency in English and German
