Missions

• Overhead cost Controlling for some areas of the DACH Cluster, ensuring adherence to financial policies and driving efficiency, accuracy and fostering collaboration to achieve financial objectives.
• Deep analysis on People Costs and non-people cost, such as T&E, temporary labout and company vehicules
• Offer constructive challenges and financial insights, monitoring risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Support Finance transformation, driving continuous improvement of tools, processes, and reports.
• Digitalization of Overheads scope
• Partnering with board members and HRBPs

Profile

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with specialization in finance
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling
• Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, challenging mindset and process optimization mentality
• High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, Tagetik and Power BI is a plus
• Fluent language skills in German and English
