Your accountabilities

  • Guide the local definition and implementation of the omni-channel operating project working with central team, ensuring local needs fulfilment, smooth execution and maximizing efficiency in store operation
  • Support the omni-channel store operations assessment and evolution in terms of e-commerce user experience, in-store development and integration with in-store processes and systems, providing input to improve retail digital competencies
  • Leads change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leaders
  • Support the B2C team in all matters and local carriers management
  • Provide input to local Merchandising to ensure e-commerce needs are included in the overall assortment analysis
  • Monitor boutique needs and coach sales teams to resolve store operational topics and implement improvements and actions plans
  • Establish high level of quality, consistency and accuracy in store operation according to the omni-channel environment and provide recommendation for sales roles and scheduling models changing to optimize sales productivity
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and support the local retail structure in the network development analysis

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical studies
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Online experience and good computer skills (MS Office) are essential
  • Customer orientation

  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Business acumen
