What we count on you for – Your mission

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative and commercial operations of the Austrian branch while staying in close contact with the company’s French headquarters.
  • You coordinate the schedules of field technicians and manage their planning
  • You receive customer inquiries, create purchase and shipping orders, and handle invoicing through SAP
  • You support the sales team in preparing quotes, pricing calculations, and contracts
  • You maintain data in the Salesforce CRM and generate sales dashboards and reports
  • You help monitor ongoing projects and prepare supporting documentation (meeting notes, progress reports, etc.)
  • You coordinate the shipping of spare parts and act as the link between local clients and central departments in France

Why we want you on our team – Your strengths

  • Your background: You have initial experience in customer service, office management, or sales administration – or comparable experience
  • Your languages: You speak fluent German, and very good English or French
  • Your IT skills: You are proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM tools (Salesforce). Otherwise you will receive training!
  • Your work style: You are structured, self-motivated, and able to multitask. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with international teams

Why we’re a good place to work – Our offer

  • Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week), 25 vacation days, 1 month trial
  • Gross annual salary starting from €45,000 to €55,000 (14 salaries) depending on qualifications and experience
  • 1–2 days of remote work per week possible
  • Company laptop and mobile phone provided
