Description

A vacancy for a Mobile Application Store manager has arisen within Airbus Toulouse.
The successful applicant will join the area which is in charge of Infrastructure Central Operations & Projects.
Within the department "Front Office Corporate Email & Smartphone service" you will be accountable for the availability of the Mobile Application store.

Your tasks

• Managing the team
• Managing the Short Level Agreement (SLA) with the internal customer
• Managing the contract with the subcontractor in charge of the service
• This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Profil

• Educated to a 4 or 5 year IT degree level (or equivalent)
• Strong Technical background in Smart phone, or e-mail Technologies knowledge,
• Experience in Team management (at least 3-5 years)
• Experience in service management would be a plus
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership
• Customer oriented
• Team spirit
• Ability to adapt to a moving environment
• French at negotiation level
• English at advanced level
