SC Material Planner (m/f/d), Fulda

Missions

• Responsible for managing a certain material portfolio (raw materials, packing materials and/or semi-finished goods) for a dedicated production area or line (Packaging lines or Spraydriers)
• Daily alignment with internal departments (e.g. scheduling, planning, manufacturing, logistics and quality) and important suppliers on material availability, production performance and other constraints or risks
• Manage and optimize stock levels with suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders by balancing availability KPIs (OTIF, DOH, PSL, CSL) and cost KPIs (delivery, storage and write off costs)
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and central buyers, e.g. forecasts, complaints, issue solving, projects and improvements

Profile

• At least 2 years of work experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement or other Supply Chain functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/APO) preferable
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fluent in German is a prerequesite
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Distinct analytical skills, capable to clarify complex situations, build scenarios and facilitate decision making processes
• Highly motivated and pro-active team player
