Your challenges

  • Legal support to Procurement, Digital and Services files : You will deliver legal, structuring and negotiation support to internal customers in liaison with other legal departments in Airbus, such as Competition law, Intellectual Property, Export Control, Litigation and other functions such as Finance, Engineering, Operations and Digital.
  • Risk assessment and reporting: You will identify and evaluate legal and contractual risks and will liaise with the relevant departments to launch and monitor the necessary corrective and mitigation actions. You will support proactively pre-contentious or contentious matters in coordination with the relevant department. You will supervise external legal counsels whenever required.
  • Standard documents and policies: You will provide support to the simplification and the adaptation to standard documents, tools and processes related notably to services and procurement matters to take into account the changing competitive, technological and legal environment.
  • Awareness sessions: You will provide training sessions to LX members and internal customers.

Your boarding pass

  • French law qualification is mandatory. UK law qualification would be appreciated
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in an international context and in contract law and business law.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet demanding deadlines while ensuring that the risks for Airbus are identified, mitigated and limited
  • Solid professional experience with a sound understanding of the business environment and constraints and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Language skills: high-level drafting and negotiation skills in English are mandatory
