Mission

  • Verify Compliance to applicable requirements and secure convergence to industrial Maturity target (supplier capability & capacity)
  • Industrial qualification of couple products/suppliers according to Airbus requirements and following airworthiness requirements
  • Monitoring of industrial robustness through industrial assessments (e.g. IPCA+, CCP) to create transparency on suppliers’ industrial status
  • Development of industrial capacity and capability of cabin suppliers to achieve Airbus strategic targets (rate changes, worldwide industrial footprint etc.) using continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean) and joint development projects (e.g. SQIP, JIP)
  • Monitoring ‘New Product Introduction’ and ‘Transfers of Work’ through the supply chain to ensure E2E consistency and on time/on quality performance
  • Securing on time/on quality delivery performance based on Key Performance Indicators with immediate containment actions in order to protect our internal customers (mainly Airbus Commercial Final Assembly Lines).

Profil

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering or Customer Support
  • Experience in supplier management/monitoring and development as well as Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of industrial assessments (e.g. Industrial Process Capability Assessment (IPCA) and Capacity Contingency Planning (CCP)) tools is desirable
  • Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner
  • Project Management: Experience and expertise on Project management
  • Language: Negotiation level in German, English advanced
