As Key Account Manager E-Commerce, you will implement our defined E-Commerce strategy and identify and implement business plans to step change our E-Commerce business with your portfolio of online pure players (ePharmacies), with generalists (e.g. Amazon), and growing click and collect opportunities.

Roles and responsabilities

  • Develop and maintain sustainable and strong account relationships, define JBPs (Joint Business Plan) with customers, negotiate sales targets, terms & conditions and manage annual sales agreements.
  • Deliver and achieve sales and profitability targets by setting up and operationalize excellent execution plans per customer.
  • Actively shape our E-Commerce strategy and build bottom-up budget approach accordingly
  • Monitor and optimize E-Commerce drivers (assortment availability, content, search, activation plan) in alignment with your customers.
  • Collaborate with digital content leads and brand managers to produce relevant marketing content and implement content with the help of our E-Commerce shopper specialist.
  • Align commercial policies with Head of Key Account Managers (Sales) and Head of Commercial Policy.
  • Coordinate product launches, logistic issues and out-of-stock situations with supply chain and O2C (Order-to-Cash).
  • Identify new business opportunities / new customers.
  • Coordinate with our agencies/partners to continuously optimize always-on search campaigns (Sponsored products / Sponsored brands… etc.).
  • Ensure high quality and actionability of data leveraging our existing E-Commerce dashboard, specifically focusing on sell in, sell out, KPI drivers as well as promotion & activation efficiency
  • Actively participate in the regional and global E-Commerce community to share and reapply best practices.

Who you are

  • Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus in online marketing or E-Commerce
  • Min 3Y experience in relevant E-Commerce role with proven records in driving E-Commerce excellence, including data-based marketing campaigns throughout the digital shopper journey
  • Professional experience in the OTC or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Commercial acumen and appetence to negotiation stakes and value creation with customers
  • Able to work with various topics/key focus areas (internal and external ; with customers)
  • Influencing skills – good impact presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Accountable with a drive to deliver results leading cross-functional teams and projects
  • Lean and fast and at the same time innovative & experimental mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
