Tasks

  • Understand various factors at play driving category and brand performance within the market and with our retailers by category management approaches, creating innovative sell-in stories and activation plans to drive growth
  • Defining these category, consumer and shopper insights into co-building the category vision for the category to guide all commercial teams in their executional plans, contributing to the overall category vision
  • Balances external realities with internal objectives and supports cross-functional commercial teams towards commercial execution excellence
  • Development and implementation of category-specific 4P strategies and tactics; Innovation GTM Strategy Crafting; Translation of the brand strategy into strong implementation plans in different sales channels cooperating with Marketing and Key Account
  • Ensure bottom up plans deliver against target, and capture risk and mitigation opportunities to gap close
  • Performance measurement and tracking (Listings, Innovations, Distribution)
  • Ad Hoc reporting / presentations
  • Support on Cross-functional Topics (Product Visuals, Team Meetings Organization, Customer Meetings)

Profile

  • Relevant Business Degree, with a Sales, Marketing or Business management specialization
  • First experience in Marketing / Sales in FMCG are favourable, ideally in Shopper Marketing or Market Strategy
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and presentation skills
  • Advanced communication skills (written, oral and listening)
  • Highly intrinsic motivated to learn and develop (high flexibility, high motivation, resilience and agility)
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking & Solution-oriented
  • Experienced in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and German
