Internship Human Resources Project Manager (m/f), Blagnac

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 6 months internship.

The transnational Engineering Human Resources Business Partner department is seeking a trainee as a Human Resources Project Manager. You will support the Head of Engineering Human Resources Manager and Team Members in day-to-day activities and long term HR projects.

This internship will start on the 2nd of January 2012 (is subject to a certain flexibility).

Mission

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and following up HR projects:

1. Running HR Processes,
2. Improving HR projects and processes,

• E.g. Induction programmes, Lean HR, etc.
• Reporting and consolidating key data by using the HR tools & databases available, and the key HR processes.
• E.g. SAP Phm, Stepstone softwares.

Taking care of operational support for the Head of Engineering Human Resources Business Partner:

1. Contributing to day-to-day organization,
2. Assisting management meeting.

Profile

You are in last year of business school, master or university (5th year) and are specialized in Human Resources.

You have knowledge in:

• Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel),
• HRIS tools (Business Warehouse).

You have the following qualities:

• Good team player,
• Like to work with an International team,
• Interpersonal skills,
• Flexible.

• English: Fluent / Negotiation level.
• French: Fluent / Negotiation level.
• German: Intermediate level.
• Spanish: Intermediate level.
