Mission

  • Support Business in securing risks by animation of Internal Control acc. to Danone Internal Control Guidelines
  • Ensure proximity to the Business: Develop Internal control awareness, perform risk assessment and facilitate risk discussion with Management
  • Support and animate Business Process Owners on identifying critical areas of risks and deploying appropriate action plans
  • Assess fairly the level of Internal controls by executing testing and advise Business Process Owners with your recommendations
  • Support transformation projects
  • Drive continuous improvement at all sites and new methodologies of Data analytics or RPA
  • Ensure regular update of documentation and define testing methodologies
  • Support in creation of and follow up action plans to solve deficiencies in an efficient way
  • Cooperate with external and internal auditors as well as operational teams
  • Report results and give recommendations to the Management
  • Start of the position is asap in Haar near Munich, Frankfurt am Main or Erlangen (remote possible)

Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal Control Management in finance or operations
  • Work experience in Accounting, preferably in multinational companies and /or within Food industry
  • At once being empathic and able to assert yourself: foster collaboration with other functions and departments
  • Strong analytical skills without losing big picture and ability to move quick to execution as well as a proactive way of working
  • Interest and first experience in Data Analytics is of advantage
  • An accruable and reliable way of working
  • Willingness to travel within DACH
  • SAP R3 Knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English​​​​​
