Tasks
- Participate in the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions
- Perform due diligence and credit analysis
- Analyse and navigate through complex project finance financial models
- Perform internal rating analysis
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandum for submission to the Investment Committee
- Assist in the closing processes, including KYC checks and discussions with other internal stakeholders
- Assist in the monitoring of closed transactions
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials.
Profile
- Penultimate/final year in top tier university or business or engineering school pursuing a degree in Finance, projects Management, Information Management, or a related field
- First experience in investment banking/project finance/DCM or infrastructure financing/investment is a plus
- Corporate finance fundamentals (including cash-flow analysis)
- Experience in financial modelling
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and French, fluency in another European language is a plus (though not essential)
- Strong analytical approach
- Strong communication, planning and organisation skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Intellectual curiosity and determination to learn
- Unquestionable commitment to integrity and ethical decision making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Having knowledge of a programming language would be an advantage (VBA SQL...)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
