• You will cooperate closely with the IT & Data Leadership Team, Internal Communication & Engagement Managers, Communications stakeholders, and business partners.
• You will support the team in the activation of the Communications & Engagement Plan to create an inspiring, informative, safe, comfortable, and energetic experience for employees.
• Your main responsibilities will be:
• Supporting in developing the best internal communication approaches (including written and visual communication);
• Creating and designing engaging content with a strong user-centric approach; taking ownership of our intranet social channels;
• Collaborating with different stakeholders by discussing and advising our strategic communication;
• Supporting the execution of different local and global campaigns and organizing internal events.

Profile

• You are a Bachelor/Master student in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Relations, or in a relevant discipline with an out-going personality and you have a strong affinity for communication, graphic design, and digital tools. You are not afraid to take initiative and speak up to bring your own ideas and suggestions forward. You thrive in a team setting but you are also willing and able to work autonomously when necessary. You have a creative mindset and profound interest in creating engaging content, which you have developed through working with different social media tools and editing visuals and videos. You can meet deadlines, take responsibility and prioritize your workload through your organizational skills.
• In addition, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
• Available to start from April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months (preferably for 9 to 12 months)
• You are fluent in English – oral and written
• You are able to work from our Munich office at least 2-3 days per week
