Missions

As a VIE, you will join the HR Development Team and will be responsible for the following tasks:

HR Training management:

  • Manage the eLearning platform, follow-up of the annual training campaign, ensure reports and evaluations related to the legal requirements
  • Organise and coordinate language trainings and other trainings related to HR Development

HR Development projects:

  • Contribute to the implementation of HR Group-wide actions in the entity (health care day, diversity day,…)
  • Contribute to the organisation of Group's development programs
  • Participate to the improvement of internal processes (Intranet pages) and tools (digitalization) within the HR Department
  • Suggest innovative ideas to define and develop an employer branding strategy
  • Collaborate with our HQ in France

HR Business Partner:

  • Support the Team in the administration of interns

Profil

  • Date de prise de fonction: 01/10/2023
  • Durée: 24

  • Niveau d'étude minimum: Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or any related fieldPassion for HR and wish to develop your skills in this field
  • A first experience (internship, apprenticeship, first job) in the field of HR Development and/or recruitment and/or HR Business Partner is mandatory
  • Niveau d'expérience minimum: 0 - 2 ans
