You role

  • You are accountable for developing, planning and successful delivery of organizational learning and development initiatives to ensure that employees are suitably qualified, competent, and skilled to deliver requirements of their roles. You will lead a high performing team, responsible for the implementation of agreed strategic objectives, on plan and within agreed budget.
  • You develop a global and modern learning and development strategy, including the delivery of the ISCO Academy (includes Belts, Lean and Leadership Development). These are based on business needs and developed in close alignment with ISCO leadership functions, HR and other internal stakeholders meeting the short, medium and long term aims of the organization.
  • You ensure that learning delivery methodologies are fit for purpose and appropriate given the changing needs of business and set up and drives the belt program to ensure continuous development of future workforce. You build and create robust methods for tracking, reporting, evaluating and analyzing performance of ISCO Academy learning interventions as well as capability development in workforce. You foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that practices are continuously reviewed and adjusted.
  • You maintain an internal and external focus, scanning and networking to explore and identify the most effective and innovative training, learning and delivery initiatives and projects to ensure that ISCO is an industry leader in learning and development; Manages third-partly relationships with external stakeholders and providers to ensure effective use of resources.
  • You define, allocate and manage the learning budget, making data-driven recommendations during budget setting to ensure the most effective allocation of resources and return on investment and owns the OLDP concept and implementation, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of future leaders for critical roles in ISCO.

Your profile

  • At least 10 years practical experience in Learning and development combined with operations knowledge
  • In depth experience into building and managing a learning function and organizational development practices
  • Competencies
  • Curriculum design, learning needs analysis, coaching and mentoring, measuring ROI, digital
  • Analytical kills: able to conduct analyses and develop solutions that will deliver the desired results through development prorams
  • Strong leadership skills, i.e. comfortable with leading teams under fast pace of change, able to set priorities and deliver commitments
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills, i.e. able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect
  • Excellent stakeholder management
