Group IT Contract Management Agent (m/f/n), Luxembourg

Your tasks

• You are in charge of the Group IT Contract Management Process: you implement and follow up the adequate analytical structure and KPI
• You advise and support Group IT in contract management purposes
• You provide ad-hoc reporting to line managers on a regular basis regarding contract management
• You continually improve the Group IT Contract Management Process
• You realize all the tasks to support the Group IT closing process (Timesheet controlling, reporting, etc.…)
• You assist the responsible of the service with the reporting process of the department
• You estimate monthly the Group IT OPEX forecast in collaboration with Controlling
• You oversee and continuously improve the IT Budget process, the IT RFP process, and the IT Supplier process

Your profile

• You hold a BTS degree in IT, Finance or equivalent
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• You have an analytical mindset and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The knowledge of German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
