Global Air Logistics Customer Integration Expert (m/f/d), France

Tasks

• Support the MA-OV Team on Data Integration Solutions and Solution Design.
• Provide consulting expertise on Data Integration Solutions.
• Execute data integration projects following MA-OV processes (including new projects, change requests, and internal migrations).
• Validate EDI/API specifications and requirements, perform logical mapping, request programming slots, prepare systems, test integrations, and provide go-live approval.
• Manage steady-state operations and provide post go-live support.
• Document project progress, interface details, and support requests in Jira and JSM.
• Ensure proper handover documentation for future support and collaboration with KN GS.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and team knowledge sharing.

Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in data integration or related technical project roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to project delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Passion for customer excellence, self-management, and teamwork.
• Experience with EDI/API integrations and logistics systems is an advantage.
